A Warm Welcome, may ye all come well to this place we enter.

The new life & health part of the group, is joined with another of my websites, this site, is full of healthy things for all. More things will be added almost daily.

I felt that the group within a group, needed to grow, even before it has begun, I do not feel on little discussion topic space will be enough for all that needs to be spoken about on the road to a new life and health.

So now we have more freedom to grow and walk a smoother path.

I look forward to seeing you here and chatting further about so many things.

I am so sorry, and can't understand why I put that in the website link, as it was not the full like at all, the only answer is i lost focus, my mind strayed when putting in the link to the site, that this group will work with, to bring in a new life, or life itself for once for some, and a new kind of health, and lots of tips to a healthy new life...so will be good to work this group with that site i think.

Though there is a contact page on the site, I would much rather, and think u will agree, that if you wish to discuss things with me from that site, that we use this wonderful site to discuss by using the group within a group here on universally.

anyway sorry for waffling, the link is now fixed, and hope you enjoy taking a browse threw the other, please do comment on here, as to what you think of it catmar, as i will be very interested to hear your views, be them good or bad, i like contractive advice always a good thing...me i am always ready to learn also, though in return have much wisdom to share, from my many years of learning, so if we work togther, what a team we shall make, what a wonderful thought.
