Chocolate Mousse with Avocado - Get kids to eat well!

The most amazing chocolate avocado you will ever have!

1  Avocado, diced

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup cocoa

1/4 cup coconut water

2 tbs. vanilla extract

1/4 tsp Himalayan crystal salt

Place sweetner, cocoa powder, coconut water, vanilla extract and sea salt in blender.  Gradually add the avocado while blending and blend to a smooth.  

You may want to adjust sweetener and cocoa to taste.  Stores well in fridge - if it even lasts that long!
